Marble Slab Creamery

The video above reminds me of Marble Slab but I will say the employees aren’t usually that extreme. I doubt you’ll be asked for your social security number like Hank was but that’s just one small thing that made King of the Hill a great show.

At any rate, I generally like Marble Slab. It’s a little pricy but it’s nice to go ever once and a while. They have a whole bunch of different flavors and a ton of different mix-ins.

Marble Slab has branches all over the world and according to its website it has been recognized for some of the following :

• It has also been ranked “Top 500” Franchises in Entrepreneur Magazine.
• Selected as one of “America’s Top Global Franchises” by Entrepreneur Magazine.
• It was ranked as one of the Top 100 Franchises for Minorities by the National Minority Franchising Initiative (NMFI).

Customers rave about the Tyler’s branch located on Rice and Broadway.

One customer’s review read, “The atmosphere here is fantastic. Anyways, Marble Slab Creamery offers a super-premium ice cream. Select which homemade flavor of ice cream.”

Another customer review says, “I like the quality of the ice cream. It’s so delicious.”

And finally, one other customer says, “very good ice cream. I love it. Strawberry Short Cake … mind blowing; worth every dime I spent.”

If you haven’t been there for a while, you might want to check it out, and if you want, you can throw some mix ins into your ice cream.
