I too have had bad service from Southern Utilities. While the water service is good the customer service and availability of options to pay are awful. The taste, smell and odor of the water are exceptional. They don't even have a night drop off box for payments. UNHEARD OF IN A NORMAL CITY.

Yes, I think Southern Utilities should have a website where you can pay your bill. It would make it a lot easier for everyone. I have never heard of a company not having a site to pay online or not having a drop off box either. Dirty water comes out of my faucet sometimes.

Had my water tested today. chlorine levels way high. no wonder my hair is like straw! High on the hard chart too. I got on this site to look for payment options. At least I have that answered.
