FAQ

What exactly is the Tylertxdirectory?

This website is really just a side hobby of a few local people in Tyler Texas that are passionate about their town.

Does this site get paid to write positive reviews for Tyler businesses?

This is not a charity site and yes we will write positive reviews for money provided that we believe the business is reputable and the review is not attempting to hide or deceive the truth about a company.

How do I add my website or business to the directory?

It is really easy. All you have to do to get started is click on "suggest listing" you will however need to register a new account first by clicking here --> Register

Fees to list your website begin at $10 and go up to $100 for multiple internal links to your site. The fee is payable yearly in order to pay staff to review and maintain the quality of this local Tyler website directory.

How much does it cost to have a business review written on my Tyler business service?

We have a blog/business news section of the site located here where we write business news about different local business services and companies in Tyler and East Texas. A direct link is provided in the article that links back to the owners website. The business review section provides a much better way of getting your business noticed in the directory as it will usually get indexed in the search engines quickly. Depending on how competitive your business service is the article we write could make it to the first position in Google or Yahoo for your related search terms.

In combination with a business review a top placement in your specific business category in the Tyler directory can also be provided for an additional fee. The combination of the business review and top placement in your chosen category will give you maximum exposure to Tyler TX shoppers. Almost everyone who has paid for this top placement and business review has received atleast a few calls and a couple of customer conversions for their related business category in the first few months.

Depending on how you promote the business review by sharing it through facebook and twitter you could likely receive many more customer referrals from the site for several months and years after the directory placement and review has been published. The cost for this service is $100 monthly subscription or a yearly one time payment of $1,000.

For a more advanced strategy at getting your website and the business review we write in search indexes for your key terms we have a pricier but more effective package at $3,000. The entire process is transparent and you will receive a spreadsheet showing you all that we have done. This option is utilized primarily by attorneys and real estate agencies trying to gain more market share in the Tyler Texas area.

Feel free to contact us by clicking here if you are interested in these advanced options.

Yes, I think Southern Utilities should have a website where you can pay your bill. It would make it a lot easier for everyone. I have never heard of a company not having a site to pay online or not having a drop off box either. Dirty water comes out of my faucet sometimes.

This is the worse day care ever! The teachers were extremely rude and dont even get me started on the director and her assistant. The building is discusting and there really isnt a playground just a field of sand, no toys. My daughter cried everyday she got dropped off. Not recommeneded by me EVER!!

Mercados: My favorite Mexican Restaurant! It's the most economical, consistent eatery in Tyler. Great Service! (Martha), Excellent Food!, FREE Chips & Salsa , FREE Tortillas and Free Ice Cream too!!! Not like El Charro...Too High and Bland, Bland, Bland! Nothing free there.

Breakers: I am sorry to say I was not impressed. I felt it was priced a little too high for what (qty) you get. I can get the same thing at Red Lobster and get free cheddar bay biscuits too. In this economy you need something as a "hook" free...Roadhouse has rolls, Red Lobster has biscuits, etc.
