Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake Pizza in Tyler

March 20th, 2011

Papa Murphy's in Tyler Texas
Papa Murphy’s holds claim to what many consider the best pizza in Tyler. Although it is true you have to bake it yourself they are unmatched in the quality and quantity of ingredients in their pizza. Regardless of a minor requirement such as baking Papa Murphy’s outdoes conventional pizza places with ease, the take N bake business model lowers the over head of the franchise allowing more funding and care to go to the food.

Papa Murphy’s even ventures outside the pizza realm and offers take and bake lasagna, cookie dough or even cinnamon wheels. You can conveniently throw a batch of cookies into your already heated oven while you eat your pizza, giving you a perfectly timed sequence of freshly baked pizza followed by delicious warm cookies.

Papa Murphy’s has a menu that is truly exceptional, pizza is hardly the same once you’ve experience the glory of what its potential in Papa Murphy’s selections. To begin with the signature pizzas such as The Cowboy with olives, mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni will win the heart of any pizza lover, it’s simple and classic ingredients make for a perfect pizza.

But Papa Murphy’s gets a lot better when you consider their many other menus. For instance a common favorite is the Herb Chicken Mediterranean DeLite which in addition to being low calorie has spinach, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese which in my opinion could possibly make the most delicious thing ever tasted.

But Papa Murphy’s isn’t done yet, not even close, prepare yourself for the ability to create stuffed pizzas, not only can you get any pizza in a stuffed version, you can customize every part of your desired pizza. Change the crust, change the sauce, combine two pizza types or make a completely new one. And if the mood strikes why not put that pizza inside another pizza.

You can hardly imagine a pizza you can’t get made. And when your pizza is made you receive it wrapped and ready to bake with instructions and a menu for future orders which comes with a coupon and occasionally a free item.

And remember just because Papa Murphy’s is a take and bake restaurant  doesn’t mean you can’t call ahead of time to request an order, this way it will be fresh and ready right when you get there avoiding any potential crowd that has resulted from demand for wonderful pizza.

The staff work in an orderly team line, each handling one aspect of the pizza making. The employees are very understanding and polite so feel free to ask a question or make a suggestion for your pizza and they will happily oblige you within their ability.

Tyler Intellectual Property Insurance

Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Insurance

Intellectual property insurance coverage protects companies from copyright, trademark or patent infringement claims arising out of the company’s operation. It pays the defense costs and any judgment up to the policy limits. There are two types of intellectual property insurance coverage available. The first protects you if you are sued for infringement because it funds a legal defense. The second coverage is called a pursuit policy. It helps pay the legal expenses of suing an alleged infringer.

Tyler Texas Insurance

You need intellectual property insurance if the threat exists that you could be sued by a competitor for infringing on an idea or intellectual property belonging to someone else.

As long as you are not aware of any known infringements or violations, you can apply for insurance to protect your trademark or patent. In order to get coverage you will be required to prove that you have completed an intellectual property search, or have filed a registration for a trademark, service mark, copyright or patent.

Internet commerce is based on the ingenuity and development of new processes and applications. Many new companies compete to be the first to develop and sell new products and ideas. A competitor can financially wreck your company if you do not have the funds to hire an attorney and pay the cost of all the legal fees associated with defending your right to a patent or trademark. An intellectual property policy will pay the costs to defend you if someone tries to claim the rights to the same business model, process, or application.

Game X Change in Tyler TX

Long ago, gamers grew tired of being exploited by insatiable corporations charging sixty dollars for a game that hardly began to live up to its own promises. Having not the power to challenge the mighty corporations for their money back the gamers rebelled and took the mighty business model of the pawn shop and combined it with the even more powerful horde of unclean teenagers and teenage like men that comprised the gaming community to form a amalgamation that in the end would forget its origin and return to greedy price gouging.

This, of course, is the story of Game X Change in Tyler Texas, a store wearing the disguise of friendly fellow gamer and good intentions but on the inside it’s full of a bunch of lazy, indifferent, and underpaid high schoolers who were lured to the job with the notion that somehow being surrounded by toys means you don’t have to provide any sort of legitimate service to the customers. Game X Change’s basic strategy is simple enough, you give them a game or movie and they will give you two thirds of what that video game or movie is worth in real money or half of what it’s worth in store credit.

This may seem like a measly pay off for your hard earned game but remember you got at least some game play out of it, think of this as a bonus or as recycling. Either way you’re losing money, so try and spend it on a game you know won’t disappoint.

Redbox Being Challenged By The Movie Studios

December 16th, 2009

Redbox is suing 21st Century Fox and Universal Studios for telling Redbox to wait a few weeks after their movies go on sell before renting them. In the past the studios had attempted to prevent movie rental stores from even starting. This attack against Red Box seems like another attempt by the movie studios to prevent a movie rental business model from developing.

The Redbox movie rental boxes in Walmart actually help the movie studios considering Redbox users rent about 20% more movies then other more traditional movie rental stores. Redbox has sold more then 77 million dollars in DVD’s through their boxes from users who have decided to keep the DVD rather then return it. All in all a case can be made that Redbox is really helping the movie studios rather then hurting them.

Since Redbox is a new business model the movie studios are just unsure about how it will effect their bottom line. The fact is Redbox is increasing volume, providing savings back to the consumer and offering a more convenient way to rent movies. Over the next few years Redbox will be helping the movie studios rather than hurting them as they offer a more effecient way to purchase and rent movies.

The movie studios like any major cash cow business becomes stuck in the familiar old school ways of doing business and are uncomfortable venturing out and trying something new to increase sales. They see Redbox making all this movie money and they feel that Redbox is shaving profit margin from new DVD sales. The fact of the matter is that Redbox stepped up and provided a more affordable and convenient way to shop and rent DVD’s by paying a dollar a day from convenient Walmart red boxes.

I have bought atleast one Redbox DVD simply because I never returned it. I have rented more movies that I would have never rented before because of the convenience of Redbox and I enjoy the limited but good selection of top dvd rentals. I end up spending an hour or two in a DVD movie rental store but only about 5 minutes searching for a movie rental using Redbox.

The movie studios need to leave those little Redbox movie rental boxes in the Tyler Texas Walmarts alone. We Tylerites like our Redbox, they’re good for me.
