Wedding A-Z

August 17th, 2010

Tyler has many different wedding dress stores. Many times the smaller stores are over looked and brides rush over to David’s Bridal. Though I like the dress selection of David’s Bridal, I recommend to all brides that before they make the choice to buy their dress to shop around a little. One of Tyler’s small bridal stores is Wedding A-Z. Wedding A-Z creates a great experience shopping for your wedding, prom, or Quinceanera.

Dress shopping is much more than just picking out a fluffy white dress. It is really important to enjoy the experience. Wedding A-Z has a great staff that is prepared to pair the bride with her perfect dress. There are many different designer dresses sold at this store. Some of my personal favorite designers such as Sarah Danielle, Maggie Sottero, and Justin Alexander, sell their brand name dresses at this store. At this store that have all different dresses to match the theme of your wedding. Planning your wedding is extremely stressful and can be overwhelming. I think that every bride should enjoy the fun of picking out a dress.

Most stores in Tyler have the prom dresses, tuxedoes, Quinceanera dresses, and bride’s maids’ dresses, and flower girls dresses, but Wedding A-Z also has a great selection of dresses for the mothers of the brides and grooms. The mother’s dresses are designed by well known designers such as Jessica McClintock, Venus, Scala, Forever Yours, and many others. The store has dresses for all size woman and designs that flatter all different body types.

Not only do they sell designer jewelry, beautiful veils, and shoes that top off your beautiful dress, you can also order your invitations here or on their website. You can get so much done for your wedding at one store.

Brides & Belles in Tyler Texas

It is nice to have a small bridal dress store in Tyler. Brides and Belles has all different wedding dresses, bride’s maid dresses, and prom dresses for sale. They started the store in 1986 here in Tyler. The owners and management has been the same since the beginning of the store opening, but the store stock has expanded and now the even rent out tuxedos. All tuxedos are from the styles of Jim’s Formal Wear.

I bought my wedding dress from Brides and Belles here in Tyler. I shopped at many different wedding dress stores before I found a dress that was right for me and in my low price range. When I came into Brides and Belles I was greeted by experienced sales women. They tried to help me really find the dress for my big day. The store has big sales that sells dresses up to 75% off. I got my $1000 dress for less than $400. The ladies were extremely helpful. The dress had make up on the collar due to the fact of other ladies trying on that dress. The store steam cleaned the dress for free for me and had it perfectly prepared for the wedding. You can find all different bride’s maids dresses. The selection is not as large as other stores such as David’s Bridal or other chain stores, but it still has a great selection of beautiful dresses.

If you are preparing for prom Brides and Belles has all the newest fashions of dresses. It seems like dresses are getting brighter, puffier, and shorter. I don’t get how some girls can spend so much money on a prom dress at a lot of bridal stores. Here you can get a beautiful fashionable dress in a reasonable price range.

I think that Brides and Belles is one of the better bridal shops in East Texas. It is always nice to shop at stores that are locally owned and are treated with such respect. The sales women at Brides and Belles really know what customer service means and are willing to answer questions and put you in the dress that you always dreamed of. After almost 25 years of serving the women of East Texas they know what women want and need to feel special and beautiful.

David’s Bridal Wedding Dresses in Tyler Texas

September 28th, 2009

David’s Bridal is the most popular store for your special day. As I walked into Tyler’s popular wedding dress center, overwhelmed with white dresses and thousand dollar price tags, I take my first step to prepare for the most important day of a young girl’s life. The purchase of a wedding dress, is not like any other purchase. The wedding day is the time a woman is truly pampered. The girdle, the slip, the shoes, the veil, the layers and layers of lacy material, brings out the inner princess in us all. Woman gather around you parading choices to make your day just as you have always dreamed.

Walking down the crowded aisles displaying wedding dress after wedding dress, dresses grab at your ankles. The loud chatter of over enthusiastic brides-to-be fills the air. Bridesmaids’ griping about their disdain of their dresses rings in your ears. Its everything you dreamed, people waiting on you, friends awing, until you see the five guys sitting on the couches watching you and the other brides changing. Why are they there? Women are running around in their underwear and slips. There should be a rule against this kind of weird perversion. Do these guys even really want to be there, or were they dragged by their super controlling girlfriends that need their opinion for the new prom dress?

For the most part I love David’s Bridal in Tyler Texas. I love the butterflies that you get in your stomach when you find that perfect dress. I love the little sticker that makes your feet dance that reads “50 percent off”. I love standing on that pedestal dressed in the most memorable thing a girl can put on her body. I love the online access that makes it easy for your fiancé’s sister that lives in Alaska to get the same dress as your other bridesmaids in her size.

So after you get asked the question you waited so long for, make David’s Bridal your next step. But girls leave your men at home, they don’t want to be there anyway!
